Terms & conditions Hello and thank you for visiting our webshop! These are our terms & conditions of use. The terms & conditions create a contract between you and us. By accessing and using not-a-gem.com, you signify your agreement to all of the following terms. Please take a moment to read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our webshop. Please check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made, as your use of our webshop will be subject the version of the terms posted at the time of such visit. We may make changes to this page from time to time & any such changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of our webshop will be deemed acceptance thereof. Last updated: February 2, 2017. Payment & order All prices indicated are EUR amounts and include all taxes. Online payments through PayPal can only be done in EUR, but if you have a Romanian credit card, the conversion from EUR to RON will be made using the exchange rate available for the day you’re ordering your product. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, and the payment is made through PayPal’s encryption system to ensure your credit card data is safe and secure. Orders and deliveries are only possible in Romania for the moment. You can order either as a guest or as a registered user. When you opt in for an account you will have access to your order history and billing. When you submit an order we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order, but that does not mean that we have accepted your order. Our acceptance of the order takes place when the products are shipped and you will be reciving a confirmation email with your shipping details. Delivery We deliver our products with a third-party delivery service. In Bucharest we use a bike delivery service or personal pickup and for the other cities a national delivery service. As a rule, delivery time is 1 – 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Please take notice that pre-orders require a 4-day longmanufacturing process. Also, during holiday season, orders may experience delays due to volume and capacity. Cancellation and return You can cancel your order before we ship your package by sending an email to email@example.com with the subject Order cancellation, containing your order details (name, email address, ordered products). Once shipped an order cannot be canceled. If you are not satisfied with the ordered products, you have 30 days to return it back and get your money back (minus the shipping costs) or another gem in return. Returned products must be returned in the same condition as they were sent – and must have their original box. We will not accept or refund products that have been crashed, scratched or damaged in any way and we are not responsible for damaged packages due to shipping. Any items that are damaged in transit must be reported immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org. Privacy We collect, process and use your personal information to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us (order of products for example), to provide you with information that you request from us, to send you the latest product and promotional information and to send you our newsletter. When you are logged in and fill in forms or access your data on our webshop, the data is automatically encrypted before it is sent. All of the data and information that we receive is protected, registered in our database and only available to us. We do not collect personal data automatically unless you give us your prior consent. For instance by signing up for our mailing list we will ask you for your email address or if you purchase an item from the webshop, we will ask you for your name, address and email address.
